How Vendor Settlement Works

1. Customer makes payment using the vendor’s bank-issued QR code
2. The bank’s settlement system automatically allocates the agreed commission
3. The remaining transaction amount is credited directly to the vendor’s bank account
4. Reward-related adjustments, if applicable, are processed based on system-generated reports


Vendor Participation Model

Vendors contribute a predefined percentage of each transaction as a participation commission.
This supports customer cashback rewards and platform services, helping drive repeat business and increased customer engagement.
