All purchases are made directly between customers and vendors.


2. Refund Responsibility

Refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and returns are solely the responsibility of the respective vendor.

Customers must contact the vendor directly for refund requests in accordance with the vendor’s individual refund or return policy


3. Commission & Loyalty

Commission earned by Shop N Reap is based on successful transactions.

In case of refunds processed by vendors:
  • Commission adjustments may be handled as per agreement.
  • Loyalty credits related to refunded transactions may be reversed.

4. Platform Non-Liability

Shop N Reap is not liable for:
  • Vendor refusal to refund
  • Product defects
  • Delivery issues
  • Warranty disputes

5. Dispute Handling

If a dispute arises, Shop N Reap may assist in communication but does not guarantee resolution outcomes.
