Shop N Reap operates as a digital marketplace facilitation plaƞorm designed
to support merchant growth and customer loyalty through structured
purchase-based rewards.
We do not sell or deliver products. We enable transactions between
registered vendors and customers.
FOR CUSTOMERS
✔Step 1: Shop at Registered Vendor
Customers purchase goods or services directly from a registered Shop N Reap
vendor.
✔ Step 2: Pay via Secure QR Code
Payment is made using the vendor’s bank-issued QR code through UPI or
supported digital payment methods.
✔ Step 3: Automatic Commission Settlement
The bank’s integrated settlement system automatically splits the agreed
commission to Shop N Reap and transfers the remaining balance to the
vendor.
✔ Step 4: Earn Loyalty Credits
Eligible purchases generate loyalty credits funded from vendor commission
margins.
✔ Step 5: Redeem on Future Purchases
Customers may use accumulated loyalty credits as parƟal payment at any
registered Shop N Reap vendor.
Loyalty credits are promoƟonal, non-withdrawable, and subject to usage
terms.
