REWARD / LOYALTY POLICY

1. Introduction
This Reward Policy governs the issuance, usage, adjustment, and management of loyalty
credits under the Shop N Reap platform
By participating in the loyalty program, users agree to the terms outlined below
2. Nature of Loyalty Credits
Loyalty credits issued by Shop N Reap:
- Are promotional in nature
- Are funded from vendor commission margins
- Are not prepaid instruments
- Are not digital currency
- Have no cash value
- Are non-transferable
- Are non-withdrawable
Loyalty credits can only be used for eligible purchases within the Shop N Reap platform.
3. Earning Loyalty Credits
Customers may earn loyalty credits on eligible purchases made at registered Shop N Reap
vendors.
Eligibility criteria may include:
- Minimum transaction value
- Vendor participation status
- Promotional campaign rules
Shop N Reap reserves the right to modify earning structures at any time.
4. Redemption of Loyalty Credits
Loyalty credits may be used:
- As partial payment for purchases
- At registered participating vendors
- Subject to system limits
Redemption:
- Cannot exceed eligible purchase value
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be transferred to another user
5. Expiry of Loyalty Credits
Loyalty credits may have validity periods
Shop N Reap reserves the right to:
- Set expiry timelines
- Expire unused credits
- Modify expiry policies
Expired credits cannot be reinstated unless explicitly approved.
6. Adjustments & Reversals
Shop N Reap may reverse or adjust loyalty credits in case of:
- Cancelled transactions
- Refunded purchases
- Fraudulent activity
- System errors
- Policy violations
Such adjustments shall be final and binding.
7. Vendor Participation
Loyalty credits are funded through agreed vendor commission structures.
Vendor participation in reward campaigns may vary.
Not all vendors may offer identical reward benefits.
8. Misuse & Fraud Prevention
Shop N Reap reserves the right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Cancel credits
- Terminate participation
If misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity is detected.
9. Program Modification or Termination
Shop N Reap reserves the right to:

- Suspend reward issuance
- Discontinue the loyalty program
At its sole discretion, without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Shop N Reap shall not be liable for:
- Loss of expired credits
- Redemption disputes
- System calculation errors beyond reasonable control
Participation in the reward program is voluntary.
